General Provisions

These Terms of Use define the conditions under which KG VPN Services are rendered to YOU (the User) to provide unrestricted access to different global Internet resources.

By starting to use the Services, you must agree to these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use, you should not start or continue using the Services.

Personal Data Processing

KG VPN shall process only the data made available by you in connection with the use of Services (when necessary for performance of contractual obligations or to fulfil legal obligations).

No other personal data shall be processed unless previously agreed with you and explicitly consented to.

Responsibility

You shall not use the Services directly or indirectly for purposes prohibited by applicable law. This includes content that:

• glorifies violence,
• is racist,
• is discriminatory (religion, ideology, sexual orientation or identity, race, gender, disability),
• is pornographic.

Or actions intended to:

• interfere with data processing of another person,
• destroy or damage data processing equipment,
• send spam or undesirable automated data without consent.

You further shall not use the Services in a way that:

• violates intellectual property rights, including torrents or downloading/distributing copyrighted content without permission,
• supports illegal activities such as piracy, fraud, hacking, harassment, hate speech,
• distributes malicious software (viruses, trojans, spyware),
• invades privacy of others, including monitoring or recording online activities without consent.

You must be an adult or meet the legal age requirement applicable in your jurisdiction.

The internet traffic limit depends on the chosen plan — either 100 GB/month or unlimited.

Please choose your plan accordingly; you will be notified if you approach your limit.

KG VPN shall not bear obligations not expressly stated in the Contract. We are not responsible for damages resulting from the use of the Services, including loss of data, income, or business reputation.
